Returns & Exchanges

Exceptions:

• No exchanges and returns for personalised items, These items require manual craftsman ship so therefore cannot be returned.

Requesting a return:

• You must ‘Request a return’ via email info@outrageldn.com before returning an order
• Refunds will be made to the original purchaser, in the original method of payment subject to Quality check approval.

Return conditions:

• Item must be returned in original shipping packaging and original branded packaging, with any related accessories
  
• Upon receipt of your item(s), and subject to inspection by our Quality Service Department, we will proceed with the return
