How do i track my order?
Once your item has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. This email will contain important information such as your tracking number and estimated delivery date.
Please note that it may take a couple of days for the tracking number to become active. Once it is active, you will be able to track the progress of your package and see its current location.

Can i change my order or address?

Returns Policy and How to Return your item(s)
At OutrageLondon, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to return the item in its original packaging. While we do not cover the cost of returns, we will provide you with a return forms with instructions on how and where to send the package.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it. It should be unworn, unused, and with all tags attached. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit.

Once we receive the returned item, and have inspected it our dedicated team will process the refund within 3-5 working days. We value your time and want to ensure that you receive your refund in a timely manner.
Please note that it may take up to 10 days for the refund to be credited back to your account. This is due to the processing time of your bank or credit card company. We appreciate your patience during this period.
Can i cancel my order?
We understand that sometimes circumstances change and you may need to cancel an order., or you have placed an order incorrectly or by accident. However, once an order has been received, we are unable to cancel it. We kindly ask that you follow our returns policy instead.
