Return and Refund Policy

Returns You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return for a refund, and 60 days to request an exchange for a different size.

Conditions for Return Items must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In original condition with tags attached
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Items We Cannot Accept Back

  • Personalised or engraved items
  • Sale items (any item purchased at a discounted or promotional price)
  • Gift cards

How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Email info@outrageldn.com with your order number as the subject line
  2. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with a return form and instructions
  3. For exchanges, please specify the new size or item you'd like
  4. Send your item to: Outrage London, G10 Beech Business Park, Bridgwater, Somerset, TA6 4FF, United Kingdom

Return Postage Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Admin Fee A £3.00 (/$4.50 USD) processing fee is deducted from refunds to cover handling costs. This does not apply to exchanges.

Refund Processing Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If you haven't received your refund after 15 business days from approval, contact us at info@outrageldn.com.

Damaged or Incorrect Items Contact us immediately at info@outrageldn.com — we'll resolve this at no cost to you.

EU Customers If your order was shipped to an EU country, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days for any reason, provided the item meets the return conditions above.

Lifetime Warranty All Outrage London jewellery comes with a Limited Lifetime Warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or improper care.
