Returns and Exchanges Policy

Reasons for initiating an exchange:

  1. Incorrect Size: If you have misread your size and need to reorder the correct one, please consult our size guide.

  2. Preference: If the item does not meet your liking or expectations.

To request an exchange, email us at [info@outrageldn.com], stating the reason for the exchange. We will promptly address the issue. Ensure that the returned item is in its original packaging and the same condition as when it was sent (including the box, bag, and item). Failure to comply may result in a rejected return, with the product being sent back to the customer.

Instructions:

On occasions where we may not meet all your expectations, we have established a Return, Exchange, or Refund policy. Follow these four important steps to ensure your return is processed correctly:

  1. You have a 30-day window from the day of receiving the package to request an exchange or return.

  2. A new item will be shipped to you upon receiving the original product, which must be in brand-new condition.

  3. Refunds for lost-in-transit orders or shipping delays will be processed after receiving the lost-in-transit notification via the tracking number, up to 45 business days.

Warranty:

All our jewellery comes with a Limited Lifetime Warranty, a commitment we strongly stand behind. The warranty is valid for the original purchaser's lifetime, starting from the purchase date and requires proof of purchase via the order number and address. Warranty claims must pertain to an authorised item from Outrage, and fake or fraudulent claims will not be honoured. For warranty inquiries, contact [info@outrageldn.com] with your name, address, order number, a detailed description of the product issue, and attached pictures if possible. Include "Warranty Claim Enquiry" in the email subject.
