Returns Policy
- Time Frame: You have 60 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
- Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Non-returnable Items: We do not accept returns for sale items, personalized items, or gift cards.

Form: Upon acceptance of your return request, you will receive a form to fill out. This form will include codes for either a refund or exchange. If you choose to exchange, the form will have a section where you can specify the new size or item you would like.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If you find the item defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@outrageldn.com. We will evaluate the issue and take appropriate action.
Exchanges
- Process: To request an exchange, follow the same process as for returns. You will receive a form with options to choose between a refund or an exchange. If you opt for an exchange, you will need to provide the new size or item you would like in the form. Once we receive your returned item and the completed form, we will process the exchange and send you the new item.
- Return Costs: All return costs for exchanges must be covered by you as the customer.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
For shipments within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason. The item must be in the same condition you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
- Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to complete the transaction.
- Follow-Up: If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@outrageldn.com for assistance.
Lifetime Warranty
All our jewellery comes with a Limited Lifetime Warranty, which covers manufacturing defects. However, please note that our warranty does not cover purposeful damage or damage resulting from improper use or care.
