Measure the marked length with a ruler. Typically, men's wrists start at 7 inches and women's at 6 inches.

Can he shower in it?
Yes. Every piece is waterproof, so the shower, the gym and the sea are all fine. Rinse and dry it after salt water and it will look the way it did on day one.
Will it tarnish?
Our 316L stainless steel does not rust or tarnish. Gold pieces are PVD plated, which holds its color far longer than standard plating.
Is it hypoallergenic?
316L is surgical-grade stainless steel — the same grade used for medical implants — and suits most sensitive skin.
What size should I buy?
Most men wear 7" (18cm) in a bracelet and 20" (50cm) in a chain. Measure his wrist or neck and add about an inch for a comfortable fit, or open the size guide on this page.
Does it arrive gift ready?
Every order ships in a branded velvet pouch. Add the signature gift box at checkout for the full presentation, and we never include pricing or a receipt inside the package.
Are personalized items returnable?
Unengraved pieces can be returned within 14 days, or exchanged within 60. An engraved piece is made for one person, so it can only be returned if something is wrong with it — we confirm your text before we engrave.
Will I pay customs fees?
No. Import duties are included in the price, so there is nothing to pay when your order arrives. Applicable sales tax, if any, is shown at checkout.
